KEY NUTRIENTS

Vitamin C – for immune function, antioxidant, helps with collagen synthesis (1), also assists with Iron absorption. 

Vitamin B6 – for protein, carbohydrate, and fat metabolism, immune function, and neurotransmitter synthesis for cognitive function and mood (2).

L-Citrulline – possess antioxidant properties and is a precursor to L-Arginine in the Nitric Oxide pathway.  Has been shown to significantly reduce symptoms of soreness after intense training (3).
